Is the basic listing still free?
Yes. Every company keeps a free listing with its license status, services and Google reviews. Claiming and updating it is free too.
What does Sponsored mean?
Local Priority companies appear in a separate spot at the top of their city's page and their state's page, labeled Sponsored, with only a few companies per city. The regular list below keeps its normal order, and paying never changes a license label.
What does the Local Priority badge mean?
It shows property owners that the company is on our Local Priority plan, which is a paid plan. It isn't a rating or a recommendation, and it never changes a company's license label. Property owners can see this explanation by hovering over the badge.
What is first pick on requests?
When a property owner in your area asks us for help and your services match the job, your company is offered the request first. Where a state requires a license for the work (for example mold remediation in Texas, Florida and New York), licensed companies still come first.
Can licensed plumbers buy these plans?
Yes, at the same prices. A plumber's Enhanced listing gets photos, the Call now button and a website link. Local Priority adds the Local Priority badge and first pick on burst pipe and leak requests in each city you choose. Sponsored spots on city and state pages show restoration companies only.
How do photos and the Call now button work?
You upload up to six photos of your work and choose the number homeowners call. We review everything before it goes live, usually within one business day.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel any time by email and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
What if you can't verify my company?
We check every company before its paid listing goes live. If we can't, we cancel and refund the full payment.
